not your fault, and the other party is able to
pay (or is insured), then not having to
make a claim on your own policy, can have

1. You have control and can instruct us to
authorise repairs, after an independent
assessment by your qualified loss assessor,
who will also make sure that your vehicle is
properly restored to pre-accident condition.

2. You only have to show that your claim,
(as assessed by your assessor) is fair,
reasonable and not excessive. And also that
your losses are reasonable and have been
kept to as low a figure as you can.

3. Rest assured, B&M Refinishers as your
chosen repairer, will always act in your best
interests. We will also never use non-genuine
parts, re-built headlights or change-over
bumper bars, as these can be sourced from
other accident-damaged vehicles.

4. You may be entitled to hire an alternative
vehicle similar to your own, while repairs are
being carried out, in a way that is, as timely
as possible.

5. If you choose us as your preferred repairer
and provide all reasonable assistance and co-
operation, we will, where appropriate, offer a
guarantee that there will be no cost to you.

It is an industry requirement that we
give you a written lifetime guarantee on
completion of repairs to your vehicle.

convince you their preferred repairer is the
only one offering this guarantee: they are not!
